       As with most websites, this one is under continuous (mis)construction!  At the moment this site is devoted to home and local matters. Please bear with me as I begin my journey into the wonderful world of the internet.  I've no particular reason for building it other than it seems to be the 'done thing' at the moment. I've purposely kept graphics and sound to a minimum to save downloading time.  Some pages will have more than others.  Follow the links and enjoy.  And Thanks!!

As you can see, this site is in a bit of a mess. I have been unable to work on the site since 2001 (it's now 2009) the reason being I have lost the password to edit the site. I have managed to get in 'a back door' and work at some code...however I don't have the knowledge to develop the whole site using code. For those of you who are seeking out your McCaughan ancestors I wish you luck and keep on Googling, there is plenty info out there. I have my branch of the family traced back to the 1600's but have as yet to get the information online. I can be contacted with Skype using the name sean.patrick85. And hey....come to think of it, this site wasn't a bad first effort, away back at the beginning of this century LOL.
